The best international Skyrunning in Vall de Boí from 13-14 July 2019

The 2019 Migu Run Skyrunner® World Series continues to unfold with a single season ranking, making it fair and simple for all. Yesterday the bonus races (SuperSky Races) were unveiled along with the rules and regulations for the forthcoming season.

Just a few weeks after unveiling the 15 races of the 2019 Migu Run Skyrunner® World Series, excitement is running high in the Skyrunning community.

Double points for the BUFF® Epic Trail 42 k

In 2019, the BUFF® Epic Trail 42 k will be one of the four races of the 2019 Migu Run Skyrunner World Series known as "SuperSky", which have double points up for grabs and, as a result, will attract the very best athletes.

The ranking will be based on the best results from the four races, of which no more than two can be SuperSky Races, plus the Sky Masters points. Upon conclusion of the Sky Masters, the first male and female competitors with the highest score will be declared the 2019 Migu Run Skyrunner® World Series Winner.

The €75,000 end of season bonus pool, equally split between men and women, will be awarded to the top 10 ranked athletes who started at least four races (two of which are Sky Races), and they will participate in the Sky Masters.

Next year we have the good fortune of enjoying one of the four most important Skyrunning races in the world close to home as part of the BUFF® Mountain Festival in Vall de Boí on the weekend of 13 and 14 July 2019.
