The leading Pyrenees mountain festival returns with countless activities for the whole family.

The star of the show will once again be the BUFF® Epic Trail, now in its sixth edition and fully established among the major races in the international Skyrunning calendar.

Barruera and Vall de Boí will once more bring together outdoor sports enthusiasts on 12, 13 and 14 July 2019 for the third edition of the BUFF® Mountain Festival. The leading family and sports event in the Pyrenees will have more activities for all ages, more competition and the best atmosphere for experiencing a weekend of leisure and sport in an extraordinary setting.

More than 50 organised activities and the presence of participants from 20 different countries gave the second edition of the BUFF® Mountain Festival and Vall de Boí great international projection, making it the most important outdoor sports festival in southern Europe. Rafting along the Noguera Pallaresa river, the mountain orientation workshop, tandem paragliding, the nature campuses, the Trek festival, canyoning, Nordic walking, the Fallas descent – which is a World Heritage Site – and guided yoga sessions were some of the most popular activities. Children's activities such as the Super3 Club Supercurses, the mini MTB, the Catalan climbing championship and the agility circuit were complete sell outs. There will also be concerts and food trucks, along with much more to entertain the whole family. More than 15,000 people enjoyed the second edition, which established the event as a must for all lovers of mountain sports.

On the weekend of 12-14 July 2019, the BUFF® Mountain Festival will return with many new features. For another year the festival’s main attraction will be the BUFF® Epic Trail, now in its sixth edition and fully established as one of the great races of the international calendar, which will once again be part of the ISF’s Skyrunning World Series in the Sky discipline. What’s more, the four events, in different 12, 26, 42 and 65-kilometre formats, will not be changed. The Marathon Cup MTB will once again be one of the highlights of the festival.
